The Center of Distinction Certificate is awarded to early care and learning centers that meet the highest levels of quality child care and education for children in their infant, toddler, and pre-school classes. Only 2% of the child care centers licensed in Georgia have achieved the Center of Distinction accreditation...and only 4 centers in our region have obtained this award!

Kids R Kids #23 in Bogart has consistently provided sophisticated programming and a very high level of care to all of its students since opening in January 2000. We invite you to visit us to see the difference in the care we provide. Our low child to staff ratio allows us the ability to give the extra attention to detail to every aspect of your child’s daily care and learning.
Learning should be a happy and rewarding experience and our learning process was created with the child’s physical, emotional, social and intellectual needs in mind. We have instituted a unique approach to delineating classrooms by organizing the classrooms along developmental milestone groupings rather than standard chronological age groups. Such an approach enables students to enjoy a higher level of accomplishment in the classroom. By diminishing gaps in the behavioral development within the class, peer groups are created that share similar cognitive aptitudes. The lessons in each classroom can then be customized to more specifically meet students’ abilities. We have arranged our classrooms to give each child the opportunity to explore language, art, science, computers, math, reading and writing. Our environment provides the tools to develop the child’s social and physical skills, as well as nurture their emotional growth. Innovative year-round age appropriate programs include weekly Spanish instruction and live music instrumentation instruction for all students from infant through Pre-K. Sign language is integrated into our daily infant and toddler program to enhance communication. Closed circuit internet viewing for our parents only is also one of the services we provide. Our staff is professionally trained in classroom management, positive discipline and parent/teacher communication. We employ a variety of learning methods (e.g. visual schedules) to help guide children through their day. Resources from Child Care Resource and Referral have been used to assist children in furthering their opportunities in the classroom. Additionally, a great deal of attention is paid to ensure that each classroom environment meets the needs of the children collectively and individually. We are constantly creating new ways to better our environment for our children. We have this year received Georgia’s “Center of Distinction” accreditation and are moving forward to attain NAEYC National accreditation.

We also have the capability to enable each parent to log on to the internet and see their child on their home or work computers, virtually from anywhere in the world. Our front office administrative staff view these cameras to observe the classroom activities throughout the day.
